Ideally situated directly on the Snowmobile/ATV trail route in the historic snow-belt mining town of Iron Belt, Wisconsin--just minutes from the nightlife of downtown Hurley and the all-season fun of WhiteCap Mountain ski/golf resort—as well as within walking distance of two of the best restaurant/taverns anywhere on the trail; the freshly remodeled Red Birch Haus offers you the comfort of a well-appointed 3 bedroom/one bath vacation home complete with premium mattresses, linens, towels and bedding; the convenience of a fully-stocked kitchen, main-floor washer/dryer/microwave/dishwasher, and the pleasure of a Dolby Digital 7.1 surround sound HDTV entertainment system to catch the game in style with your choice of 120 channels of DirecTV, over 60 channels of XM satellite radio or settle in for a relaxing evening with a good DVD/VHS movie and a bowl of popcorn in a home theatre quality experience…  All it needs is you!

For our ATV guests and other people who like to get dirty, we offer an outdoor hose/sprayer to get those machines and gear ready for the next day and you’ll like having the unfinished storage area down four steps off the back door to keep your helmets, jackets, skis and gear…  Oh, and don’t worry about the charcoal.  It’s already here, and the steaks and burgers are always better on the grill!

This vacation home is yours by the day (2 night min stay/3 night min-holidays) or by the day/week during the spring/summer/fall seasons.  Rates are for up to six guests.  $20/guest/night over six.  Tax additional.  Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests maximum.  5 double-sized beds; 6 twins; 1 queen pull-out sofa bed.

RATES

Advance deposit of one nights stay to hold your reservation.  Final payment (add 5.5% room tax) plus a $250 refundable security/damage deposit is due 14 days prior to stay, except for holidays when it is due 30 days prior to stay.  Reservation cannot be cancelled after final payment or deposit will be forfeited.
